LOS ANGELES, California - A speculated shooter being sought after by police apparently discharged shots and went into a Trader Joe's store in Los Angeles on Saturday (Sunday, Manila time), where he blockaded himself in and may have taken prisoners, nearby media detailed. 

The presume's auto slammed by the store and he started shooting at the officers pursuing him, before entering the premises as customers kept running for cover, the Los Angeles Times said. 

Elevated film from nearby TV stations NBC Los Angeles and CBS Los Angeles demonstrated individuals leaving a store window utilizing a rope stepping stool and police bringing youngsters to security through a parking area in the city's Silver Lake neighborhood. 

A lady inside the store was shot however ready to get out, NBC Los Angeles revealed, saying there might be many individuals still inside the store in safe areas. 

The suspect has been shot and is chatting with police arbitrators, NBC Los Angeles said. 

Preceding the standoff at the market, the speculate purportedly shot his grandma and sweetheart before escaping in his auto, CBS Los Angeles announced refering to a police source.
